Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

StoryStar ships printed books to the destinations offered during checkout. Available destinations and delivery services depend on the delivery address and the print format selected. If no service is available for an address, checkout will not allow a printed-book order for that destination.

2. Printing and fulfillment

Each printed book is made to order after you approve the final preview. We use third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partners, including Prodigi and Lulu. The fulfillment location is selected according to the product, destination, and available production capacity, so the country of dispatch can vary by order.

3. Handling and delivery estimates

Production normally takes 3–5 business days after final approval. Transit normally takes another 4–14 business days, depending on the destination and shipping service. The typical total estimate is therefore 7–19 business days after approval. The delivery options shown at checkout are the estimates that apply to your address and order.

Estimates are not guarantees. Weekends, holidays, customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, and remote destinations can add time.

We send tracking information by email when the carrier makes it available. Check the delivery address carefully before paying. Contact

immediately if an address needs to change; we cannot promise changes after production or fulfillment has started.

6. Lost, damaged, or incorrect orders

If tracking indicates a loss, or a book arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order you approved, contact us within 14 days of delivery. See our
