StoryStar is operated by Roar Positivity Inc. ("we", "us"). By using StoryStar, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must be 18+ (or have a guardian's consent) to create an account.
3. Acceptable use
- Don't upload photos you don't have permission to use.
- Don't create content that's illegal, harmful, sexual, hateful, or violates anyone's rights.
- Don't attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service.
4. Content ownership
You own the photos and personal details you upload. You receive a personal, non-exclusive license to use the books you generate for personal, non-commercial use. We retain rights to the underlying StoryStar service, models, and tooling.
5. Subscriptions, purchases & refunds
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel anytime in Settings. Refunds, printed-book cancellations, and remedies for damaged or defective orders are described in our Return Policy.
6. AI-generated content
Illustrations and stories are generated by AI and may contain inaccuracies or unexpected elements. Please review books before sharing or printing.
7. Disclaimers & liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryStar's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime from Settings.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
